Hello Chocolate. Hello Turmeric...?
Now, I know chocolate and turmeric won't solve all your problems, but they will do wonders for your aching body and soul.

TURMERiC : The National Institutes is currently funding studies on turmeric and curcumin for a variety of conditions including colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, Alzaheimer's disease, psoriasis, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and rhematoid athritis. It has a special affinity for reducing inflammation in the body, particulary in the gastrointestinal tract.
CHOCOLATE : A well known and delicious antioxidant, it has anti-inflammatory and heart health benefits (including blood pressure + cholesterol levels). Use at least 70% cacao to enjoy all those properties (so yeah, a Snickers bar doesn't count).
